Alenda House is a single-family residence located in Monforte del Cid, within the Alenda Golf complex (Alicante).


In this project, NIUDOMO Home Projects was responsible for the full management process — from initial planning, administrative procedures, site supervision, and budget control, to the final handover.

The design combines modern lines with natural local materials and expansive views of the surrounding landscape, creating an efficient home in perfect harmony with its environment.

Due to the rise in construction costs, it was necessary to adjust the project to stay within the original budget — without losing sight of what truly matters: creating a highly energy-efficient home.

The house features an underfloor heating system powered by aerothermal energy and an 8 kW photovoltaic installation, ensuring minimal energy consumption and maximum comfort for its residents.
